All special requests must be made at least 24 hrs in advance of travel. Last minute requests or requests made at the check-in counters for the following will not be confirmed or guaranteed.

MEALS: The following special meals can be ordered upon confirmation of your reservation: VGML (Vegetarian Meal) & MOML (Muslim Meal)

WHEELCHAIR: We can accept WCHR only, this means that the passenger is somewhat mobile and can walk onto aircraft to their assigned seat. WCHC, which is for completely immobile (Lift on/Lift off) passengers are NOT acceptable on Constellation’s allocations/flights.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS: These passengers are NOT acceptable on our allocations/flights.
