You are required to check-in for your flight/s at least 3 hours prior to the departure time stated above. Check-in counters are normally open 4 hours prior to departure, and are closed 1 hour prior to departure. If you arrive at the check-in counter less than 1 hour prior to the departure time, you may not be accepted for the flight and additional charges may apply for you to travel on another flight/date.

Note: Passengers must present themselves with their own documents at the check-in counter. You cannot check-in a passenger with his/her documents, without the person being present.

Documents

For all flights on this itinerary, you require a valid passport. For travel FROM your country of nationality/citizenship, your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended stay abroad. For travel TO your country of nationality/citizenship, your passport must be valid to at least the date of arrival of your flight.

Note: When traveling from your country of residence, please ensure that you have in your possession any required documents for re-entry to your country of residence. (e.g. If you hold a Trinidad & Tobago passport, but you are resident in Canada, you must travel with your Permanent Resident Card when you leave Canada, or you will not be accepted for your return flight to Canada.)

In addition to a valid passport, you may require a Visa or other documents for entry to the country you intend to visit. It is your responsibility to obtain such visas/documents. Constellation assumes no responsibility to obtain such documents on behalf of passengers. Please contact your travel agent or Constellation for details on required documents for the country you intend to visit.
